Hand picked, remarkable, young people who want to serve God first, and experience true joy alongside their brothers and sisters in the faith

Our Mission

To present Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour to young people, and to instruct them to live useful and joyful Christian lives. We present the message according to the Bible, that Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again.

If you are considering working at Willow Springs Camp, you'll be an important part of making our mission happen. We offer paid positions throughout our summer program; focusing on hiring people who we know will help us in our mission, and fully agree with our core values.

Pay Guidelines

One of our goals is to financially assist the young people who commit to serving Christ here during the summer. The mission always comes first, and we will do everything we can to help those who join our team succeed. We are not a job, a part time gig, or a side hustle.

Additional Earnings

+$200 per completed year of university/college as full summer WSC staff ($600 maximum)

Core Team Member

 +$1500 per summer

Health and Safety Administrator

 +$600 per summer

Director Compensation

 +$400 per summer

Lifeguard

 +$50 per camp week OR +$400 per summer

If your pay is $500 or more, please note that your pay will have government deductions and payroll costs like other employment positions.
