One of our goals is to fairly compensate the young people who commit to serving Christ here during the summer. The mission always comes first, and we will do everything we can to help those who join our team succeed. We are not a job, a part-time gig, or a side hustle, but rather a mission organization with the mandate to reach children and youth right here, in Canada.
Our pay structure is in accordance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act (ESA) and falls under Ontario Regulation 285/01.
